Right of Withdrawal
EU consumers have the right to withdraw from physical merchandise purchases within 14 days of receiving the order, without reason.
Contact us at bookings@mysticfyah.com with your order number before the 14-day period expires.
Condition of Items
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Items must be in original packaging where applicable.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days to the original payment method via Stripe.
Faulty Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping.
Digital Products
Digital products are excluded from the right of withdrawal once downloaded, per EU Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m).
